How do I log in to the back office?
Login to the back office by clicking on by clicking on the rep login in the upper right hand corner. You will receive your rep id number after signing up via email along with the password you chose when signing up with Family and Friends Financial.

What are my opportunities with Family and Friends Financial?
The FREE Family and Friends Financial income opportunity allows you the ability to participate in a credit card marketing income opportunity. You can become a Family and Friends Financial representative for FREE, enabling you to introduce several credit cards to your friends and family and earn compensation based on Family and Friends' compensation model. This is called direct marketing. Also, you have the opportunity to promote the FREE Family and Friends income opportunity to anyone interested in building a second or residual income*. By recruiting others, you may increase your income beyond your individual marketing efforts, and you can build your own team of representatives, allowing you to earn compensation from their efforts. This is called network marketing.

How do Family and Friends representatives earn compensation?
It's simple! You tell your friends and family about the Family and Friends recommended credit card products using your approved representative website, they apply on line via a secure application site, and if they are approved, you have the opportunity to earn compensation based on qualifying approvals. It is important to note that the financial institution issuing the credit cards for this program does not share any specific personal, confidential, financial, or customer account information with Family and Friends Financial or its independent representatives.

What is the benefit of recruiting representatives into Family and Friends?
When you recruit new representatives, they become part of your network. You earn compensation based on the success of their marketing efforts.

I want to know more about the direct selling methodology.
Family and Friends Financial is a legally structured direct marketing company. This means we market our recommended credit card products through a team of independent representatives. Independent representatives build their own team of representatives - or network - and earn compensation from their efforts. There is no compensation for recruiting new representatives and there are no product inventories you must purchase. Family and Friends Financial is a member of the Direct Selling Association and, as such, adheres to the DSA code of ethics. You can read more about this at www.dsa.org.

We realize there are a lot of professional, quality multi-level marketing companies all over the country. However, Family and Friends Financial believes we have set a standard of excellence in the industry. Our founder views Family and Friends Financial as a chance for individuals to earn a supplemental income without having to invest significant dollars up front. Through empowerment and education, we strive to create loyal representatives of our company as we continue to expand our services today and in the future. An overriding principal of our organization is integrity and we demand it from our employees, representatives, vendor partners, and everyone with whom we do business.

We are also different in other ways. We require all representatives to pass a criminal background check prior to becoming a representative and earning compensation. We also require representatives to pass an initial test to ensure they know the products, understand government compliance laws, and respect the privacy of consumers. Finally, there is no merchandise inventory required and our representatives do not actually "sell" a product. There is no exchange of money between our representatives and a consumer for the credit card. Through our program, consumers have the opportunity to apply for one of several credit cards. How can I change my password?
Login to the back office and click on the Status tab. Click on the Update Information Link. The password field is at the very bottom of the page. Be sure to click the Update when you are finished. This is where you update your address, email and phone numbers also.

How do I change my phone number that displays on my web page?
Login to the back office and click on the Website tab. Your display information can be changed in this section. Changing your phone number in the Status section will not change your phone number on your web page. This is where you upload your picture also. Be sure to click the Update button when you are finished.

I heard that you have training books available for download. Where are they located?
Open the Resources tab in the back office and click the Resources link. A new page will open with a variety of training materials for download. You must have the acrobat reader to open the documents.

What does Personal Volume “PV” mean?
Personal volume is any order that you personally sold to customers.

What does Group Volume “GV” mean?
Group volume is the purchases of all the people in a representative’s downline.

Where do I find information on my commission?
Under the reports section of the back office. Click on the Commission Summary link. You will see a summary of all commission you have earned. Click on the date of the commission period to drill down and see a detailed explanation of the commission for that monthly cycle. The calculation and payment of commissions will be completed by the 25th of the following month for the preceding months’ commissionable activities. However, should the 25th be a holiday or weekend, then the calculation and payment will be the following business day.

Where do I find information on my downline?
Open the Reports section of the back office. You can see who you have personally sponsored in real time and check their orders by clicking the View Personally Sponsored report. To check their productivity, click on the orders link on the far right side. To send them an email, click their email address. To see your entire downline, click on the View Downline link. Keep in mind, when viewing your entire downline you cannot see individual orders, but you can view their PV’s and GV’s. This report shows you their level relative to you, their rank and gives you information on their PV. You cannot open their orders nor email from this report.

Where do I find information on my orders (# of credit card approvals, etc.)?
Under the order tab section of the back office. Click on the order menu button. You will see order history to include number of credit card applications and approvals. All orders will be posted the week following the 15th and the week following the last day of the month. Keep in mind, no orders have personally identifiable information, thus no customer names will be posted under order information.

How do I get in touch with Family and Friends corporate office?
From the back office open the Tools section. You can send a message by clicking on the Contact Support link or Send Email link. You can also click on the Contact us portion of our website for phone numbers and email links.
