Family and Friends Financial, Inc. (referred to as "Family & Friends", “F3”, "we", "us" and "our") respects the privacy of every individual (referred to as "you" or "your") who visits our websites and online areas or registers for services at www.familyandfriends.com.

This policy (referred to as our "Privacy Policy") applies to the Family and Friends Financial website and outlines the information Family and Friends Financial will collect and how we will use that information. This Privacy Policy will also instruct you on what to do if you want Family and Friends Financial to remove your personal information collected or stored during previous visits to the Family and Friends Financial Website.

Independent Representatives
Family and Friends Financial utilizes a network of independent contractors (referred to as "independent representatives") to attract customers to its various products and services. Family and Friends Financial believes that independent representatives are the heart of the company, providing you with great product selection and service. Family and Friends Financial strives to give its independent representatives the support necessary so that your Family and Friends Financial experiences are great ones.

This online privacy statement does not cover or include the collection and use of personal information by independent representatives. However, Family and Friends Financial does not ask its independent representatives to collect any personal financial information. Please consult your independent representative for details.


Personal Information
Any information we collect on our website generally falls into the following two (2) categories personally identifiable information and aggregate information.

"Personally Identifiable Information" refers to information that you provide to us through the Family and Friends Financial Website that can be used to uniquely identify you. "Aggregate Information" is anything not personally identifiable collected from all users to our Website, including usage statistics, website hits, and similar information.

Family and Friends Financial collects "Personally Identifiable Information" about you (for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address information, etc.) in order to communicate with you or provide you with services that you have requested.

We may collect additional information in connection with your Family and Friends Financial account in order to assess how well we service your needs, determine your eligibility to participate in certain promotions, if any, and communicate with you regarding information that may be of interest to you from F3 or its partners. This information will only be used for permitted purposes. If you do not wish to receive communications from Family and Friends Financial (other than confirmations about the Family and Friends Financial Service) or participate in promotions, you may opt-out of such promotions at the time you register for the Family and Friends Financial Services, or at any later time by contacting us by e-mail at the address below.

In connection with access to and use of the Family and Friends Financial Services, you may also opt to apply for a Family and Friends Financial recommended credit card. If you apply for a Family and Friends Financial recommended credit card, you are granting us permission to collect and transmit your Personally Identifiable Information to our credit card issuer for consideration of your application for a credit card.

You may also apply to become an independent representative via the Family and Friends Financial Website. If you apply to become an independent representative, we will ask you for personal information including your name, social security number, date of birth, mailing address, zip code, e-mail address, phone number. This personal information will be used to verify your identity and pay for certain products and services related to becoming an Independent Representative. The information will then be stored in your personal profile. Our back office service provider posts personal information via XML using a unique user Id and password. The following fields of information will be posted in order to conduct the initial background check to our background check provider: Distributor ID, Full Name, Social Security Number and Date of Birth.

We may collect additional information in connection with your Family and Friends Financial account in order to assess how well we service your needs, determine your eligibility to participate in certain promotions, if any, and communicate with you regarding information that may be of interest to you from F3 or its partners. This information will only be used for permitted purposes. If you do not wish to receive communications from Family and Friends Financial (other than confirmations about the Family and Friends Financial Service) or participate in promotions, you may opt-out of such promotions at the time you register for the Family and Friends Financial Services, or at any later time by contacting us by e-mail at the address below.

As a condition of entering into contractual business relationships with Family and Friends Financial, we have restricted our credit card issuer and independent representatives from using Personally Identifiable Information in any way other than as allowed under this Privacy Policy.

Except as set out in this Privacy Policy, we will not sell, rent, lease, transfer to or share any of your Personally Identifiable Information with anyone other than our credit card issuer and independent representatives, except with your express permission, as may be required by law or to protect certain legal rights (see "Sharing of Information with Third Parties," below).


Aggregate Information
"Aggregate Information" is anything not personally identifiable to you and collected from all users to our Website, including usage statistics, website hits, and similar information.

We may collect, compile, store, publish, promote, report, or otherwise disclose or use any Aggregate Information, provided that such information does not personally identify you. We do not correlate any Personally Identifiable Information with the Aggregate Information that we collect on our Website. If we do correlate any Aggregate Information to you, it will be protected like any other Personally Identifiable Information under this Privacy Statement.

From time to time, Family and Friends Financial may utilize the services of certain third parties, agents or contractors (referred to as "Third Parties"). These Third Parties may be granted or require access to both Personally Identifiable Information and Aggregate Information in order to perform their services for Family and Friends Financial.

From time to time, we may be required to provide Personally Identifiable Information in response to court order, subpoena, or government investigation. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful. We may release Personally Identifiable Information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply our Terms of Use or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others and ourselves.

Family and Friends Financial or its related entities could merge with or be acquired by another business entity, or their respective assets could be acquired. Should such an event occur, you should expect that we would share some or all of your Personally Identifiable Information with companies serving you and other users of our Website.

If you registered for Family and Friends Financial Services, you may change, modify or remove any Personally Identifiable Information stored by Family and Friends Financial by contacting us at privacy@familyandfriends.com Independent Representatives may change, modify or remove any Personally Identifiable Information stored by Family and Friends Financial by accessing your Profile online. Please refer to the policies of our banking partners for information on how to make changes to information collected by them in connection with a Family and Friends Financial generated account.


Links to Other Websites
We cannot ensure the protection of any information that you provide to a third-party site that links to or from the Family and Friends Financial Website, since these third-party sites are owned and operated independently. These third-party sites may have their separate privacy and data collection practices that are beyond our control. Any personal information that you provide to these third-party sites will be regulated by their privacy policy, if any. If your browser is capable of SSL, and most are, your sensitive information will automatically be 128-bit encrypted before being sent over the Internet. Our back office service provider posts personal information via XML using a unique user Id and password. No data transmission over the Internet will be 100% secure. While we take steps to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Upon receiving your transmission, we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems.


Children's Online Privacy

Family and Friends Financial does not intend to collect any personal information (such as, name, address, telephone number, age or e-mail address) from persons under eighteen (18) years of age. If a parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with such information would like the information deleted from our records, he or she should contact us at the e-mail address or phone number listed at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete the child's information from our existing files.


Notification of Changes
This Privacy Policy may be revised over time as new features are added to the applicable site; please check for information about revisions. If, however, our policy toward the use of your Personally Identifiable Information is to be materially changed, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify those affected via e-mail prior to implementing any such changes.
